Ayesha Howard, known for her relationship with rapper Lil Baby, announced the birth of her daughter on Instagram Tuesday night.
In her heartfelt post, Howard shared a series of photos celebrating her “doll baby,” captioned “Golden girls.” She also indicated the newborn’s birthday with “10/14” at the end of her message. The announcement included a photo of Howard showing off her baby bump in a sheer purple dress with a cutout in the midsection.
Howard, who is an influencer under the name “Little Ms. Golden” on Instagram, completed her maternity look with heels and a sparkling headband. In her post, she included an ultrasound image and another picture of her baby dressed in a pink outfit, with a purple heart emoji covering the child’s face. She affectionately referred to her daughter as “Momma doll baby.”
Despite the joyful announcement, Howard did not reveal the identity of the baby’s father. This comes after Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards filed a petition for paternity and child support regarding the child in September.
Following Howard’s announcement, many of her followers expressed their excitement in the comments. One fan wrote, “Ayesha!!!!!!! U did that honey!!!! congrats bb!!! Welcome to #girlmomlife it’s theeeee best!!! ” Another commenter praised her, saying, “Congratulations beautiful you look so glowing .”
Earlier this month, Page Six reported that Edwards, 23, filed documents in Georgia to confirm whether he is the father of Howard’s child. The documents stated, “If genetic testing shows that the petitioner is the father, the petitioner requests an order establishing the minor child’s paternity.” A status conference for the case is scheduled for November 13. Page Six reached out to Howard for a comment on the filing but did not receive an immediate response.
In addition to her newborn daughter, Howard has a young son named Jason with rapper Lil Baby. Edwards is also rumored to have welcomed three children this year, including a daughter with his girlfriend, Shannon, who gave birth to their baby girl in March, according to People.
