Irish model Louise O’Reilly and her partner, David, have celebrated the arrival of their first child. The influencer, known on Instagram as Style Me Curvy, announced that their “little miracle,” Lexi, was born on Friday, October 11.
O’Reilly shared the joyful news on Instagram with a series of photos from the hospital. She wrote, “She’s here!!! Meet Lexi. Our little miracle. We are just completely and utterly in love and besotted with her… I can’t even put it into words.”
The couple received numerous congratulatory messages from friends and followers. Influencer and fellow mother Louise Cooney commented, “Awh Louise, huge, huge congrats to you both! She is perfect, love the name. Enjoy the little love bubble.”
Rosanna Davison expressed her happiness, saying, “She’s here. Absolutely delighted for you! Welcome to the world, little one. Well done, mama xxx.”
Joanna Cooper, who is expecting her first child with husband Conor Murray, added, “Beautiful!!! Congratulations.” Model Sarah Morrissey also congratulated the couple, stating, “Ah congratulations hunni. She’s so beautiful. Hope mama is doing well.”
Louise O’Reilly first revealed her pregnancy news in April after facing a challenging journey to motherhood. She shared a collection of heartfelt photos on Instagram, including one of her holding her baby scan and another of a tiny sleepsuit. The post included the words, “Love at first heartbeat,” reaching her 200,000 followers.
The 34-year-old expressed her excitement, writing, “Our miracle baby. We can’t wait to meet you in October. I never thought in a million years we’d have the privilege to say that sentence.”
In a previous interview with evoke.ie, O’Reilly spoke about her low chances of conceiving but shared her joy at finally becoming pregnant. “We never ever thought we’d be as fortunate as we were given less than a 2% chance of ever having a baby,” she admitted. “When we found out, we were just absolutely flabbergasted and over the moon. We’re just in our own little world at the moment.”
