Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is getting closer to becoming a mother. The 33-year-old expectant mom shared a pregnancy update on her social media on Monday, October 7.
In a video posted on Instagram, Blanchard wrote, “Kicks are getting stronger and are now visible at 24 weeks + 5 days,” along with a pink heart emoji. She described the video as showcasing “her adorable morning kicks.” The clip featured her growing belly as the focal point.
While lying under her covers, Blanchard filmed her stomach by holding the camera above her. She pressed down on her belly in a few spots and waited for her baby’s response—little kicks!
In August, Blanchard revealed that she and her boyfriend, Ken Urker, are expecting a baby girl. Throughout her pregnancy journey, she has kept her followers updated.
On October 2, the star of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup showcased matching outfits for herself and her daughter as she prepared for her unborn child. Her Instagram post featured a mirror selfie where she wore a pink sweatshirt with the “Barbie” logo and black leggings. She held a smaller version of the same sweatshirt for her baby girl. In the post, she wrote, “So cute! Matching mother-daughter Barbie sweatshirts @showmeyourmumu We will be Ken’s Barbie girls @kenurker ,” referencing the iconic Mattel dolls.
The couple is also making time for themselves before their baby’s arrival. They recently attended a Louisiana State University (LSU) football game on September 21, where they supported the team in their matchup against the University of California at Los Angeles. Photos shared on social media showed Blanchard and Urker wearing purple LSU baseball caps and shirts as they cheered for the team at Tiger Stadium.
Shortly after announcing her pregnancy in July, Blanchard spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about the timing of her news. She noted that her pregnancy announcement came while she was still legally married to Ryan Anderson, whom she wed in 2022. “I’m going through a divorce,” she shared. “Timing is not what we wanted it to be. However, this is a blessing, and I take it in stride and move forward with it. I couldn’t be happier. It’s kind of, like, wrong timing, but it’s a blessing. So we’re happy.” She filed for divorce from Anderson in April, around the time she reconnected with Urker.
Blanchard’s baby is due in January 2025.
