Cardi B, who is expecting her third child, has addressed the rumor that her baby’s name will be “Hurricane.”
The 31-year-old rapper took to her official X account (formerly Twitter) on Sunday to refute the claim. She shared a post from a fan page that had speculated about the baby’s name, stating, “Cardi shares ultrasound pic of baby ‘Hurricane.’”
In response, Cardi B denied the rumor by resharing the post with a caption asking, “Who???” accompanied by crying emojis. The ultrasound image of Cardi’s baby bump was originally posted on her Instagram account along with two other images.
The Instagram post featured Cardi posing on a motorcycle and showing off her baby bump, with the final image being the ultrasound.
Cardi B captioned the post, “I wanna meet my little boo boo soo bad already.”
It’s worth noting that Cardi B is already a mother to a 6-year-old daughter, Kulture, and a 2-year-old son, Wave, whom she shares with her estranged husband, Offset.
