Pregnant Margot Robbie was seen embracing her baby bump while vacationing in Sardinia, Italy, on Tuesday. The 34-year-old actress, best known for her role in Barbie, looked radiant in a white, unbuttoned blouse that highlighted her growing bump.
Robbie and her husband, Tom Ackerley, are making the most of their final weeks before the arrival of their first child. The couple appeared joyful as they explored the scenic Porto Cervo.
During their outing, Robbie took a moment to rest, placing her hand on her hip while Ackerley snapped photos with his phone. She completed her look with loose-fitting linen trousers, black sandals, a black sunhat, chunky sunglasses, and a stylish shoulder bag.
Ackerley also looked relaxed and fashionable in a white T-shirt and beige chino shorts paired with black sandals.
Sources confirmed last month to People that Robbie and Ackerley are expecting their first child. The couple, who prefer to keep their personal lives private, were reportedly relieved to share the news.
A source told People, “Family means a lot to both of them, and they knew from early in their relationship that becoming parents was important. They’ve kept it private for a while but are glad the news is out.”
Robbie and Ackerley met on the set of the 2013 World War II drama Suite Française and have since kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight. They made their red carpet debut together in 2017, nearly a year after their wedding.
Robbie has expressed her positive experience working with Ackerley, saying in a 2018 interview with Porter, “Being married is the most fun ever. Life got way more enjoyable somehow. I have a responsibility as someone’s wife and I want to be better.”
