The baby, identified as Harraz Noah Nazrul Nizam, was found lying on his back with a blanket covering his face around 11:30 am. The child had been fed and burped by the babysitter before being placed on a mattress to sleep.

Around 11:40 am, the babysitter discovered the baby unconscious and immediately contacted the child’s mother, Ainol Izzah Raslan. The baby was rushed to the Merlimau Health Clinic and later referred to Melaka Hospital, where doctors confirmed his death.

Harraz was the only child of 29-year-old Nazrul Nizam Mohd Tahar and 25-year-old Ainol Izzah Raslan.
