Taylor Swift has once again shown her affection for her friends’ children, sending a special gift to Chariah Gordon’s daughter while on her Eras Tour in Europe. Gordon, who has become close with the superstar, shared the gesture with Glamour during a feature for WAG Week.
“It’s so cute and thoughtful,” Gordon said of the surprise gift. “In between her shows, she was keeping my kids in mind.”
Much like her bond with Gigi Hadid, Swift has already earned “auntie” status with Gordon’s two children. On November 10, Gordon posted an Instagram Story showing Swift holding her baby girl, captioned: “Auntie Tay and Baby Ci.”
Gordon, who is engaged to Mecole Hardman Jr., a teammate of Travis Kelce, said she and Swift hit it off right from their first meeting. “I met her at Travis’s house, and she was just so sweet. Since then, we’ve been really close. I call her my sis—that’s my sis,” Gordon told Glamour.
This growing friendship explains why Taylor Swift has been appearing more frequently on Gordon’s social media. Gordon described the singer as “down-to-earth” and shared how easy it is to forget that Swift is one of the world’s biggest stars.
“She makes you forget she’s Taylor Swift,” Gordon said. “I didn’t think, ‘Oh my God, this is Taylor.’ I just thought, ‘This is one of my homegirls from back home.’ That’s how she makes you feel. I love it.”
