A source confirmed on Tuesday that the babies in the photos are actually “hyper-realistic reborn dolls.” Despite the clarification, Katie captioned the original post with: “Finally my twins have arrived,” which fueled further speculation.
With the mystery resolved, fans quickly voiced their support for Katie as she discusses her challenging IVF experiences. One fan noted, “When a woman is in her mid-40s, the chances of IVF being successful are quite low, so credit her.” Another wrote, “I like Katie.
