Along with three heart emojis, Keegan commented, “Congratulations!” BWitched added, “Big congrats, guys. Enjoy all the cuddles with your little angel. In April, Megan revealed their pregnancy on Instagram by sharing a video of herself holding ultrasound scans. She captioned the post, “A little bit of you & a little bit of me… now we’re a family.”

Megan has spoken about her difficult pregnancy, facing challenges such as a painful abscess and an allergic reaction to medication. This reaction caused swelling around her tongue and neck, requiring hospitalization. At the time, she told her followers, “Now it’s all about trying to get better. It’s just so bad. Being pregnant has made my body so much more sensitive; I am allergic to everything. I’ve been in so much pain. I’ve been on codeine and paracetamol, and when I say that the codeine just takes the edge off, I have still been in pain. Honestly, it’s the worst thing ever; I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.”

Megan and Oliver have also opened up about their pregnancy journey, discussing Megan’s fertility struggles after being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) when she was younger. The couple got engaged in June 2023, sharing a romantic video of Oliver proposing in an exotic location. Megan was blindfolded as they arrived by boat, and Oliver popped the question amid a flurry of pyrotechnics. She expressed her love, saying, “You have opened up a world I never thought was possible. I love you, Oliver Burke… Here’s to forever, my future husband.”

Megan previously dated Towie star Pete Wicks and Love Island contestant Mike Thalassitis, who tragically passed away in March 2019. In November 2019, she was crowned the winner of the first series of The X Factor: Celebrity, triumphing over professional quizzer Jenny Ryan, girl band V5, and twins Max and Harvey. Megan has also appeared on several other reality TV shows, including Celebrity Big Brother, Ex On The Beach, and Celebs Go Dating.
