Gypsy-Rose Blanchard and her boyfriend Ken Urker enjoyed a date night at a football game in New Orleans on September 21. The pregnant 33-year-old posted pictures on Instagram, showing them both wearing Louisiana State University (LSU) gear as they supported the team against the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The couple wore purple shirts, LSU hats, and sunglasses, and Blanchard shared a selfie as well as images of the game and the field from Tiger Stadium. LSU won the match with a score of 34-17.
Blanchard, who is expecting a girl, recently discussed her pregnancy on her YouTube channel, mentioning “unexpected symptoms” in her second trimester. She described feeling the baby’s movements, particularly at night, and noted that the baby becomes more active when she eats sweets. She called these kicks “magical” and an “exciting part of pregnancy.” Blanchard also expressed that her symptoms are manageable and considers her pregnancy to be going well, feeling blessed that both she and the baby are healthy.
In July, Blanchard announced her pregnancy and later revealed the baby’s sex on Instagram with the message, “It’s a girl!” She is due in January 2025. Blanchard also spoke about her aspirations for motherhood, admiring her stepmother Kristy’s parenting style, which she described as kind, supportive, and not overbearing. She aims to be a mother who lets her children find their dreams while also being there to help when things don’t go as planned.
