A new class action lawsuit has been filed against Walmart, alleging that the retailer overcharges customers for food, baby products, appliances, and other items.
The lawsuit, brought by Quina Myers, claims that Walmart charged incorrect prices for products displayed on shelves between February 1 and July 29, 2024. Myers reports that while shopping for food and baby products at Walmart during this period, she discovered discrepancies between the prices listed on the products and the amounts charged at checkout.
According to the lawsuit, Rollback stickers, price tags, and yellow labels are crucial for customers’ purchasing decisions. Myers argues that these labels are meant to reflect the true price of the items. However, she claims that customers were charged more than the prices advertised on these stickers, leading them to overpay for the products.
Myers is filing the lawsuit on behalf of herself and a proposed nationwide class of consumers who bought products with Rollback or Price Stickers from Walmart stores in the U.S. during the specified period. She is also seeking to represent a subclass of consumers from Pennsylvania.
The lawsuit includes claims for violations of Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, as well as requests for a declaratory judgment and restitution for unjust enrichment.

Myers is represented by attorneys Jacob Dylan White and Russell Winburn from Taylor King Law, along with Seth Little from Poulin Willey Anastopoulo LLC. The case is filed as Quina Myers v. Walmart Inc., Case No. 5:24-cv-05182-TLB, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
