Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have welcomed a new addition to their family, announcing the birth of their baby boy. The couple shared the joyful news on Monday, revealing that their son, named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt, has arrived.
In a joint Instagram post, Pratt and Schwarzenegger expressed their excitement, saying, “Mama and baby are doing well, and Ford’s siblings are thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful.” The couple already has two daughters, Lyla and Eloise, born in 2020 and 2022, respectively. Pratt also has a son, Jack, from his previous marriage to actress Anna Faris.
Schwarzenegger, the eldest daughter of journalist Maria Shriver and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, married Pratt in 2019.
After the birth of their first daughter, Lyla, Schwarzenegger shared her experience of motherhood in a blog post on her mother’s website. She described the moment she first held her daughter as life-changing, saying, “I had never felt so sure of a new role or moment in my life than when I was handed my daughter.” She added, “When I became a mother, it felt like everything in my life had led me right to that moment, and it was perfect. ‘Mom’ is the title I’ve always wanted.”
